What are custom metal crafts?
Custom metal crafts are simply metal products made to your design — not stock items with a logo added, but pieces tooled from scratch to your specification. Common examples include badges, medals, commemorative items, keychains, figurines (all 12 categories are listed below). What a finished piece looks like comes down to three things: the shape is decided by the tooling, the surface by plating and colouring, and the details by the process.
For buyers, judging whether a custom manufacturer is reliable usually comes down to three questions: can they turn your design into a physical sample (sampling capability), is quality stable at volume (tooling and process control), and who is responsible when something goes wrong (in-house production). Tooling
Moulds are cut from your design. Until the tool stands, the order has not truly begun
Stamping / die-casting
Flat pieces are stamped, dimensional pieces die-cast — both lines are in-house, chosen per design, never sent out
Etching & piercing
0.8mm pierced line widths are produced in stable volume; finer detail is assessed before we accept the order
Relief
Dimensional depth held between 0.3–1.5mm — enough depth to read, gentle enough for tool life
Plating & colouring

What is the minimum order quantity?+
100 pcs for standard processes; complex designs are assessed per product.
How long does sampling take?+
One to two rounds as standard, depending on process complexity — the schedule is confirmed with the quote after we review your artwork.
How long does production take?+
Three to five weeks, depending on process complexity (dimensional die-casting, number of colours) and order quantity.
Can you work from an idea instead of a finished design?+
Yes. Our designers can turn your idea into artwork for approval before any tooling is cut.
Stamping or die-casting — which one fits my design?+
Flat relief pieces (badges, commemorative items, bookmarks) are usually stamped; dimensional pieces (figurines, 3D keychains) are die-cast. We assess and recommend based on your design.
What if quality goes wrong?+
Quality is the thing we care about most, and production is tightly controlled throughout. If a problem occurs, we take responsibility and see it through — it is never passed on.
