Founded in 2016 in Shenzhen, China. 2,000 m² of production space and a team of 80+ — design requirements reach the people who make the parts.
In Shenzhen, China, we have spent more than ten years making custom metal crafts for souvenir brands, cultural institutions, event organisers and corporate buyers. Badges, medals, keychains, fridge magnets and other products across 12 categories move from artwork review and tooling through forming, surface finishing and assembly on the same site.
The workshop and its four steps
From drawing to finished product, production mainly follows four stages: tooling and forming, polishing and trimming, surface finishing, and assembly and packing.
Tooling and formingWe make the mould and set it up on the machine here. Relief depth, pierced lines and structural dimensions are set at this stage. We check the artwork at its intended physical size first and explain any details that need adjustment.
Polishing and trimmingAfter forming, the blank is deburred and its edges are trimmed to prepare an even surface for plating.
Surface finishing and colouringPlating and colouring are coordinated as later stages within the factory. We confirm and record colour codes, plating specifications and colour-fill requirements item by item. Together with the approved sample, these records guide production.
Assembly and packingfittings, ribbons and boxes are put together here before dispatch. Packaging can be specified separately around your shelf and shipping requirements.
The workshop works to standard operating instructions, and first-piece and in-process inspection are recorded in writing; repeat orders are checked item by item against those records and the approved sample.
